Elsah Healthcare Ltd opened its business at the end of 2018  and within 2 years has successfully grown into a multi-service health & social care business supplying temporary staff to Residential and Nursing care homes, and providing Domiciliary care also known as Homecare.

From our first conversations, our partnership not only guided them successfully into a new market but allowed Elsa to meet their service expansion goals within the 2-year set target thereby increasing their market share. Through their selected package we helped Elsah Healthcare Ltd establish a name in the temporary care staffing sector in and around South London. By training and establishing their operational processes, we provided insight into best-practice recruitment processes ensuring only trained and knowledgeable candidates are able to join their agency.
