A co-founder of Kawib, Winifred is our most senior professional and the registered Manager. With over 20 years, experience, she has lead and managed successful teams in the Health & Social Care Sector. An HR Generalist, Winifred has specialized in Talent sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and Learning & Development.
Winifred brings the experience of recruiting at all levels in residential, nursing and domiciliary care. She has managed both Residential and Domiciliary care business and the deployment of both permanent and temporary staff under various local authorities and private businesses. Her wide-ranging experience and exposure to management in the Health and Social care industry is a great partnership with Kawib's clients.
