Winifred  B Kagere

Managing Director

The founder of  Kawib, Winfred is one of our most senior professionals. She has over 15 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist and in management of Health & Social Care services. Winifred has specialized in Talent sourcing and management, End-to-end recruitment, Performance management, and Learning & Development. Over the years she has lead successful teams operating in various specialisms across the industry.

Supported by a network of associates, Winifred brings the experience of recruiting at all levels in residential, nursing and domiciliary care. She has managed the deployment of both permanent and temporary staff under various local authorities and private businesses.

Winifred holds an MBA in International Human Resource Management from Coventry University (UK). A Diploma in Leadership and Management of Adult, Children & Young People Health & Social Care and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of People Development (CIPD).

Winifred's values are the driving force behind the company's vision. Her wide-ranging experience and exposure to service in the Health and Social care industry is a great partnership with Kawib's clients.

Leena M T Chabula

Operations Manager


Leena decided to co-found Kawib Solutions Ltd after a thriving career in different roles within the private sector which included Property Management, Human Resources and Project/Crisis management. She is a motivated and results-oriented collaborator. She is excellent with people management, by motivating and developing team members and managing clients. 


Leena creates a better strategic outlook to branding. She adopts a warm and professional communication style allowing all parties to feel comfortable and in turn creating an environment for quick and effective solutions.  Her focus on customer service and teamwork at junior management levels strengthens client confidence leading to excellent client relationships.


She holds a BSc (Hons) Politics and International Relations with a keen interest in Public Administration and Policy. Experienced in researching and producing strategy papers for the purpose of developing policies that benefit marginalised communities, Leena has successfully merged her academic background with her profession.  

Leena has been able to accumulate a skill set that allows for a broad perspective on any given critical issue. She is notably the first recipient of the Miss Uganda UK Rising Woman Award.


Respite B Gwizi

Administrative Assistant

Since joining our team, Respite has played a crucial role in the continued success of the business. Her exceptional skill set,  passion and caring attitude are inspiring growth in our business. With compassion and empathy, Respite has worked for over 28 months directly with service users in a residential care setting for adults living with dementia, elderly frail and those needing nursing care. Armed with previous End-of-life Care experience,  Respite brings field knowledge alongside administrative support obtained from work experience with Plan Personnel and Elsah Healthcare Ltd.

Currently undertaking her undergraduate degree in Pharmacy at the University of Wolverhampton (UK), Respite joined the Health and Social care sector as a Healthcare Assistant straight after her A'Levels exams while waiting to join University education.
